First Christian Church of Antelope Valley, like all Disciples of Christ churches, celerbrates communion every Sunday. But once a year all the Christian churches join in a unified celebration of communion at the Lord's Table. It is called World Communion Sunday. In 2007, we had a special service featuring prayers and commentary in four different languages: Spanish, English, Korean, and American Sign Language. All three pastors spoke in their native languages, and Diana Freise used sign language to complete this inclusive and moving service.
