Saturday Fun Day
What: Second Saturday Fun DaySome of the things we will be doing:
When: Every second Saturday of the month, beginning on Saturday, December 10, for children in kindergarten, first, second, third, and fourth grades
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- Hear a constumed storyteller talk with us about a particular Bible personality
- Learn fun songs to sing
- Create special art activities
- Play group games
- Eat delicious snacks
- Meet new friends, be with old friends
The minister, Rev. Janet Helme, has been an educator in public school and in the church since 1996. She has taught teachers in local churches and regional events in five states. A dedicated advocate of children, she will help plan and lead the "Second Saturday Fun Days."
